Katrina Falcon is the Vice President of Products at KeyHires, where she leads product strategy, client experience initiatives, and marketing innovation across the organization’s suite of recruitment solutions. Focused on enhancing the customer journey while driving business growth, Katrina oversees the development and evolution of products that help clients make informed hiring, talent, and market intelligence decisions.

As a key member of the leadership team, Katrina works closely with project management, research, technology, and marketing teams to identify market opportunities, improve service delivery, and develop scalable solutions that align with client needs and organizational objectives. Katrina joined the organization in 2021, bringing a strong background in communications, branding, and business strategy. Prior to KeyHires, she served as a Communications Specialist at Gulfshore Insurance, where she developed expertise in stakeholder engagement, brand management, and strategic communications.
