Liz Martella

As the Senior Marketing Manager at KeyHires, Liz supports the firm’s branding, communications, and business development initiatives through strategic marketing and content creation. With a background in digital marketing spanning the retail and hospitality industries, she brings expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, market research, and brand communications.

Liz develops engaging messaging for prospective candidates and clients, creates presentations, analyzes market trends, and helps drive brand awareness across multiple platforms. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Outside of work, Liz volunteers with Domestic Animal Services, supporting animal welfare initiatives in her community.
