Morgan Layton is the Vice President of Business Development at KeyHires, where he leads client partnerships, growth initiatives, and strategic business development efforts across the organization. Drawing on his extensive background in executive search and talent solutions, Morgan works closely with companies to understand their hiring, talent intelligence, and workforce planning needs, connecting them with customized solutions that drive business results.

Prior to joining KeyHires, Morgan built a successful career in executive search, serving clients across the Non-Profit, Consumer Products, and Hospitality sectors. His experience managing complex search engagements and advising leadership teams provides him with a unique perspective on the challenges organizations face in attracting and retaining top talent.

Before joining Comhar Partners and KeyHires, Morgan worked at Stanton Chase, where he gained valuable experience in executive search and leadership consulting.
